I'm Angie

I believe that fitness is here to be enjoyed! Fitness provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle.

The beauty is you get to choose your own fitness adventures – the options are endless. As a passionate Certified Group Fitness Instructor, my role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see people achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness program.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years teaching group fitness, personal trainer, Pilates-Yoga-TRX-Silverneakers Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist. I hold many certifications and have over 300 workout videos to date produced. I provide workouts for all levels and ages. From low impact to high intensity there is simply a workout for everyone. 

  • I am a beginner. Are there workouts for me?
    I have over 300 workout videos to chose from. The key is to pick a workout that motivates you. In order to exercise daily motivation is key. Do you like to walk? Step aerobics? You need to find what you like and do that form of exercise. If you have no idea try all sorts of workouts and see what is the best fit for you. In the begining of any exercise program remember to modify your workouts, go at your own pace, listen to your body and most of all have fun. I want you coming back daily to workout so do not over push your workouts. Do 1/2 of the workout and come back and do the rest later. It is OK to begin with 15 minutes and build your time up. This is not a race. This is a lifestyle. Move your body and have fun.
  • What equipment do I need to workout with you?
    No equipment is necessary but I recommend the following equipment as you build your home gym. *hand weights *resistance band *stability ball *step bench
  • How long should I workout?
    Everyone should move their body at least 30 minutes per day. The bare bone minimum you should workout is 30 min on most days. If you are striving for weight loss work your way up to 60 minutes.
  • I am exercising and not losing weight. What am I not doing right?
    70% of weight loss is clean eating and 30% exercise. You can not out run a bad diet. REPEAT: You can not out run a bad diet. Know what you are putting into your mouth and the calorie load of the food. Educate yourself on "a serving size" and how to read nutrition labels. Educate yourself.
