Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to AngieFitnessTV/ Angie Balgemann also known as "Company" from here on out. This website is an online platform offering health and fitness content, information, services, and products via the website and any other website, channel, application, mobile feature, and/or platform we operate (together, “Site”). In these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"), the use of the words “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to AngieFitnessTV. The words “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to entities or individuals that access and/or use the Site. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf.

  • I am a beginner. Are there workouts for me?
    I have over 300 workout videos to chose from. The key is to pick a workout that motivates you. In order to exercise daily motivation is key. Do you like to walk? Step aerobics? You need to find what you like and do that form of exercise. If you have no idea try all sorts of workouts and see what is the best fit for you. In the begining of any exercise program remember to modify your workouts, go at your own pace, listen to your body and most of all have fun. I want you coming back daily to workout so do not over push your workouts. Do 1/2 of the workout and come back and do the rest later. It is OK to begin with 15 minutes and build your time up. This is not a race. This is a lifestyle. Move your body and have fun.
  • What equipment do I need to workout with you?
    No equipment is necessary but I recommend the following equipment as you build your home gym. *hand weights *resistance band *stability ball *step bench
  • How long should I workout?
    Everyone should move their body at least 30 minutes per day. The bare bone minimum you should workout is 30 min on most days. If you are striving for weight loss work your way up to 60 minutes.
  • I am exercising and not losing weight. What am I not doing right?
    70% of weight loss is clean eating and 30% exercise. You can not out run a bad diet. REPEAT: You can not out run a bad diet. Know what you are putting into your mouth and the calorie load of the food. Educate yourself on "a serving size" and how to read nutrition labels. Educate yourself.
